On Saturday, my friend Brooke let me borrow her copy of Twilight, and can I tell you that it only took me about 10 hours to finish the thing! I stayed up til 3:30 in the morning, not being able to put the book down. Now if you know me very well, you know that I am not a huge reader. I love to read to my kids, but when it comes to reading grown-up books, not for me. Except for this one little exception! I got the second book, New Moon, on Tuesday morning and finished this morning at, yep, you guessed it - 3:00 in the morning! I can't seem to get enough of this series. My friend Aubrey that let me borrow the second, brought me the third book, Eclipse, this morning and I have yet to even open it because I have to get my bathrooms cleaned today and I already know that if I allow myself to start reading - I won't be able to put it down. There is one slight problem after I am done with Eclipse, the next one doesn't come out til next August (my friend Celeste is already going through the grieving process over no Edward for a year!)
Anyway, for those of you that have not yet read and are not yet obsessing over the wonderful series - I highly recommend it!
I will soon have a set of the first three books - so that I can continue my obsession until book four - but if any of you would like to borrow them, let me know!

Hey Ashley,
This is Jen (Ammon has the gmail account). It is great to see your blog and get ideas. I love all of your pictures. Girl's Night was great, thanks for helping with it. I should get Eclipse in the mail soon, finish it the next day and then all of us can try to drown our sorrows of having to wait until next year for book 4 in ice cream or something.
Have fun reading!
Jen
I totally agree with Jen, a whole tub of ice cream might do the trick :) But then again, maybe not but it would sure be fun to try and see!! Have a fun "ride" with Eclipse, it's a good one :) Keep me posted!!
It is so great to know that I have friends like you who have the same obsession....Its like my drug of choice...once you read one you have to read another...although I dont think I can wait until next year. I tell you I am going to be like one of those crazy Harry Potter fans who sleeps in the parking lot of a Barnes and Nobel to get my hands on the next copy. We will seriously have to have a party at my cabin and leave all children behind so we can read the next book. I think Todd and the rest of the husbands would appreciate that.
