Jaxen is home today, he has a fever and isn't feeling well. I have been going about my usual day, cleaning and getting things done. Now, I usually don't get dressed until I have showered or have somewhere to go (I know, call me lazy) so, like normal, I am in my pj bottoms and just my undershirt (garment top, whatever!). Someone rings the door bell and I tell Jaxen not to open it until I get a shirt on, walking into my room, I tell him it's okay to answer the door. I grab a shirt and put it on, as I am walking to the door, I hear Jaxen talking to a man, "Yeah, she just needs to put a shirt on." Are you kidding me? Luckily it was just the local farmer that comes around occasionally selling fruit, but embarrassing none the less!
After I shut the door, I asked Jaxen why he told the guy that and he said, "Sorry, what else did you want me to tell him? You WERE getting a shirt on!"
So now you know, if I don't answer the door right away, it's probably because I am not fully clothed. Steve is always telling me to stop walking around in my garments, maybe I should listen...

That is pretty funny...kids really know how to keep us humble. LOL
Don't worry...we all have days like that. One time Rev answered the phone and the person on the other line (in our ward at the time) asked for either me or Ammon. Rev said, "I'm sorry, can I take a message, they are in the shower together." Um, yeah.
I think it is funny.
Ok that just made me relieved to see someone else hangs out in pj's. I didn't shower till 5 tonight and that's because we were having company :)
Funny.
Jack sees me in my "under shirt" all the time, and I thought the other day that he probably doesn't want to remember this image the rest of his life. I have tried to be better, but I must say I am failing miserably. This is funny!
I know what you mean! I have been trying to teach my kids phone ettiqute, so just incase I am otherwise occupied they won't embarasse me!
I'll make sure I call before I come over :)
