Fab Weather and New Jammies!

I hope everyone got out to enjoy the gorgeous weather today. I sure did, I started off the morning with a run - OUTSIDE!!! I can't wait til' that becomes an everyday occurance again.
The kids went out to play after lunch and thought that it was summer time - they wanted to go swimming, but instead settled for stripping down to their skibbies and running around like crazies! Olivia wanted in on the fun, but mean Mom only let her take her shoes off, she loved stepping in the snow without shoes - I tried to get a picture of her doing it, but she would only step on it for a second and then run away.
We love the warmer weather, but we all know what that means..................more snow!
I don't know if I can take any more of the dang stuff - I love to look at it when it's up in the mountains, but to be scrapping 3 inches of ice from my porch (yes, that is also how I spent my morning - the run off from the roof down to the porch - we had an ice skating rink on our porch, I will NEVER have a north facing house again!) Needless to say - I want Spring here, quick!
We also took a trip to Wal-Mart, big mistake! I had all 3 kids and the place was PACKED! The boys didn't even get their Valentine's that we went for - SOLD OUT! Whatever, I don't even like the store, but when your options are that or spend 3 times the amount at Smith's - I'll take the craziness, I guess!
Anyway, the kids got some new jammies - getting new jammies at our house is like Christmas. The kids love to get new jams, they would rather have that than a new toy, that's what they beg for at the store, and since they were on sale, even better. I also get to use them as leverage if they are misbehaving at the store - "Okay, if you aren't going to listen, lets put the jammies back!" It works every time.
So with lots of fun in the sun and new jammies, the kids were so ready for bed tonight!
