Well, as of Friday evening - the Medallion Dinner is over! Kind of a bitter-sweet thing, I was so excited to finally see all of my hard work come together, but now that's it's over, I feel like I have NOTHING to stress over. (Okay, Celeste, this does not mean that you can load me up on RS stuff! :))
I spent a good 12 hours on Thursday setting up over at the church and all day Friday before the dinner cooking - all of it was worth it when I saw how much the Young Women appreciated us honoring them for their hard work.
I am actually going to be released from this calling because of my Relief Society calling, but I was glad that I got to be a part of the youth program for a little bit. I am going to miss all the women that I served with and our fun 3 hour meetings (they really were fun - we all got along so well that we would just talk and talk and talk.)
I am so bugged that I didn't take any pics of the dinner - but trust me, it was gorgeous!
So all in all it was a fantastic ending to a several month-long planning event. I have told Steve that I will be paying someone to plan and put together our kids' weddings - too much work for me!

Ashley, I found your blog on Danielle's blog, and had to say hi! :) Your blog is so cute and so are your kids. I just wanted to say hi and enjoyed seeing pics of your cute little family.

I'm so glad that your dinner was a success! I know you worked so hard on trying to make it special for the YW. I'm sure they appreciated it. You're awesome! I'm sure they will miss you tonz!
Glad to hear that it went so well. I wish I could have seen some photos BUT I understand that was the last thing on your mind :) And now that you have more free time, I may just load you up with some additional RS stuff!! I'll have to see what I can come up with, seeings how I can't even find stuff for me to do :)
