Last night Steve and I took the kids to see the Witches at Gardner Village - they love seeing them every year, we have gone for the past 3 years and it never gets old!
On the way, in the car, I was commenting on how pretty alll the trees look with their new colorful leaves. Jaxen then adds, "I think it's amazing how the leaves can change color and how beautiful Fall is. It looks like someone painted all the leaves, but I know that would take like 25 years, so I know they just change by themselves." - I love that kid! :)
We had a fun time looking at all the funny things they have the Witches doing and of course getting our free sample of fudge from 'Sweet Afton's' and just letting the kids run through the leaves and enjoy the cool weather. The best was that Olivia is at the age where she is scared of anything ugly, so get her within 3 feet of those witches and she freaks! It was really funny, but Steve made me stop because he thinks it's mean. (Daddy's little girl!)
We then went to Rumbi's for dinner with Steve's brother Tom and his wife Talitha and their little girl Mila - who just turned 2 a few days ago! Happy Birthday Mila!!! :)

Ashley, I am so glad you commented on my blog. I love that I can catch up with people through it and I am a total hopper myself. I have been trying to find people I know for a while and then Natalie and I found the Palmers and from there it was history. Your family is so cute and you look awesome. How is your family. I think about your mom a lot. I really like her. She was my teacher in YW for a while and I remember so much of what she taught and said. Anyway, it was great to hear from you. Keep peeking in from time to time.
Excellent restaurant choice!
